SAFIRA SHEIKH (KHAN) (Director and Lead Immigration Consultant)
Born in Canada into an immigrant family, Safira has first hand experience with the immigration process. Educated in Canada and India, she is fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi, and Gujarati. Safira has over twenty plus years of experience in the immigration field. She has helped many become Canadian permanent residents from all over the world. She represents all types of Immigration cases including Investors, Entrepreneurs, Self-Employed, Skilled Workers, Provincial Nominees, Humanitarian and Compassionate Cases, Refugees, Visitors permit, Student and Temporary Worker Permits. Safira also holds a degree in Islamic Studies.
Ms. Sheikh (Khan) is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC)(R419063). ICCRC is the licensing authority in Canada that regulates immigration consultants. Only ICCRC members and members (Lawyers ad Paralegals) of a Canadian provincial or territorial Law Society, notaries of Chambre des notaires du Quebec are authorized by the Government of Canada to represent clients in any type of Immigration case or appeal.
Ashfak Khan (Director, Business Development and Operation)
Ashfak Khan is one of the founding Directors of “The Immigration Source”. He holds a Bachelors’ Degrees in Commerce and Law and has completed multiple certification courses in Canada, most notably Paralegal and Income tax practitioner. He was born and brought up in India and moved to Canada for more than 20 years now. As an immigrant he knows and understands the challenges and opportunities Canada brings for newcomers and how to tackle them and provide valuable support to the clients by communicating with them in their native languages (Hindi, Gujarati, Urdu and English) and he understands their culture and practices.
