- What is Family Class Program?
The Family class sponsorship program is designed to help Canadian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Canada (also known as Sponsors) reunite with their family by way of immigrating to Canada.
- Who can I sponsor?
Under the Family Class Immigration Program, you can sponsor:
- Spouses
- Common-law / conjugal partners
- Parents and Grandparents
- Dependent children
- Adopted children
- Children to be adopted
- Orphans
- Other relatives
- What do I need in order to apply?
Each application has different eligibility requirements, the most important of which is the sponsor being able to prove that they will be able to support the family member without them depending on social assistance. The support should include providing the family member with food, shelter, clothing, fuel, utilities, personal requirements, household supplies and other medical and healthcare services.
The sponsor and family member will be required to provide several documentation to support their sponsorship application and prove that they meet the requirements for the application.
- What is the processing time?
The processing time of your application varies depending on who you are sponsoring, where they are located and the time at which you have submitted the application. The processing time can be between 12-24 months.
We have assisted hundreds of individuals in Canada to sponsor and reunite with their family members through the sponsorship application program. We specialize in unique and unconventional cases and have also assisted individuals with the appeal process.
